Characteristics of the wine

Montepulciano grapes are vinified with limited contact with the skins, as it’s allowed by the rosé vinification. The must is then fermented at a temperature of 13 ° C, in order to enhance to the maximum the olfactory fineness.

Features of the wine

The wine has a beautiful cherry red color; the nose has a lingering scent of red fruits like raspberry and currant. The palate is round, full-bodied but well balanced and harmonious. To be served at a temperature of 12-14° C, accompanying delicate pastas and soups, recommended with pizza. Alcohol content: 13% vol.
