Production and wine making
The choice of the most appropriate vineyards and the low yield, allows us to obtain grapes suitable for the production of a high-value wine. The short maceration of the grapes and their fermentation is carried out in small French oak barrels and the ageing in bottle are the peculiarities of this white wine produced in small quantities.
Features of the wine
Of a sunny yellow color, it reveals at the nose an aromatic complexity with assorted scents of tropical fruit, well balanced by slight toasted scents coming from the wood used. On the palate, the usual sapidity and freshness is combined to an excellent structure and persistence. It can be perfectly paired with fish, shellfish and seafood dishes. To be served at a temperature of 10-12°C. Alcohol content: 13% vol.
