White vinification with soft pressing, followed by fermentation with selected yeasts. Maturation and second fermentation with Charmat method.
Features of the wine
Light yellow colour, with golden shades. The nose reveals a typical and persistent bouquet, with scents of citrus fruits. The palate is balanced, the sweetness is well supported by the acidity with an aromatic finish. The fine perlage ensures persistence and pleasure in the mouth.
