Production and wine making
Maceration for 6-7 days at the controlled temperature of 26-27°C, malolactic at the end of the fermentation.
Features of the wine
Deep red color with purple shades; the nose reveals smells of berries, violets and spicy notes. On the palate is round, intense with velvety tannins and a good persistence.
