Production and wine making
Montepulciano grapes are vinified with contact with the skins for about 24 hours. The must is then fermented at a temperature of 13°C, in order to enhance to the maximum the olfactory fineness. Followed by aging on the lees to make the wine more harmonious and persistent taste.
Features of the wine
The wine, cherry red, has a lingering scent of wild berries, raspberry, red currant. The taste is pleasant, round.
Accompanying delicate pastas and soups, recommended with pizza.
