Montepulciano 100%. After destemming, the fermentation starts on the skins for 7-10 days depending on the vintage. Malolactic fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel. Normally available to consumption the summer following the harvest.
Features of the wine
Deep ruby red color with purple tinge in his youth. Aromas of plum, red apple and summer violet. The palate shows a good structure and a remarkable body, despite its nature of a young and fresh wine. It should be drunk within two or three years.
It’s a everyday’s wine that lends itself to the combination with many dishes, from vegetable soups to pasta, from red and white meats to cheeses.
