Features of the wine
Deep golden yellow color with brilliant amber shades; intense bouquet of apricot and orange zest notes; a persistent background of Acacia honey. The palate is fresh, with a well-balanced sweetness.
Montepulciano grapes are vinified with contact with the skins for about 24 hours. The must is then fermented at a temperature of 13°C, in order to enhance to the maximum the olfactory fineness. Followed by aging on the lees to make the wine more harmonious and persistent taste.

The wine, cherry red, has a lingering scent of wild berries, raspberry, red currant. The taste is pleasant, round.

This wine is a combination between the generosity of the soil and the human experience that, together with the right cultivation systems and punctual harvesting time, allow to obtain this fine and elegant wine. The careful processing of the grapes, and the later step in small capacity barrels, for the fermentation and ageing, allow to preserve and highlight all the scents and the qualities of this wine.

Indigenous grape from the Eastern side of the Appennino mountain range (Marche and Abruzzo, Central Italy). From grapes, perfectly ripen and macerated with the skins, you get a wine that takes a rest in stainless steel tanks. Montepulciano 100%. After destemming, the fermentation starts on the skins for 7-10 days depending on the vintage. Malolactic fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel. Normally available to consumption the summer following the harvest.
